Wine - Burrowing Owl Estate Winery - Limited Production Double Magnum 2008 Cabernet Franc
Only 12 of these double magnum bottles of 2008 Cabernet Franc were produced by the winery. A dark plum core, with bright fuchsia rim gives a sultry, elegant appearance to this vintage of Burrowing Owl Estate Cabernet Franc. The grapes were harvested in the end of October 2008. The wine was fermented on the skins for an average of 20 days and then received 14 months of oak barrel exposure with periodic rackings. Thank you to the Wyse Family for continuing to support the Indulge Gala.
